8. Intellectual Property Ownership
Naxzo IP: All software, AI models, source code, designs, branding, logos, and proprietary systems are owned and protected by Naxzo. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use our Services for business operations only.
Client IP: All data, content, and information uploaded by clients remain the property of the client.
AI Outputs: Clients retain ownership of AI-generated outputs for lawful and permitted business uses. However, Naxzo retains the right to internally use anonymized data or interactions for model improvement, service enhancement, and compliance.
You may not resell, distribute, or claim ownership over Naxzo’s proprietary software, branding, or systems.
9. AI Usage Disclaimer
Naxzo uses AI technologies (including models from OpenAI and other providers). While we strive for accuracy and reliability, AI outputs may occasionally produce errors, inaccuracies, or unintended results.
You acknowledge and agree that:
Naxzo is not liable for decisions made or outcomes derived from AI outputs;
You are responsible for reviewing and validating all AI-generated content;
AI outputs should not be used as sole sources for legal, medical, or financial advice.
10. Termination
User Termination: You may cancel your subscription or account anytime via your dashboard or by contacting [email protected].
Naxzo Termination: We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, fail to pay fees, or misuse our Services.
Termination does not relieve you of outstanding payment obligations.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Naxzo shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages;
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for Services in the preceding 30 days;
Naxzo provides the Services “as is” without any warranty or guarantee of uninterrupted performance or accuracy.
12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia.
Any disputes will first attempt to be resolved amicably through negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Perth, WA.
13. Data & Privacy
Use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal and business data.
